Stamped signals
A stamp proves each signal existed before its result: numbering never skips, and changing a signal changes its stamp and every one after it. Copy one and keep it: if it changes here, someone tampered with it.
Edits get a stamp too. Each one goes straight to OpenTimestamps, which writes it into Bitcoin, usually within hours; until then, the proof is a copy someone kept.
How it works
- 01
Every signal and every update gets a stamp the moment it reaches us: a number, the time and a unique code (hash).
- 02
While a position is open, only the stamp shows here, not the text.
- 03
Once the site reads the account, each closed trade brings the signal's full text, and anyone can check the stamp.
How to check
Each stamp is computed like this, from the signal's text, a random salt and the previous stamp. The chain can already be checked with the h_texto in the JSON. The text and the salt go up here when the trade closes.
h_texto = SHA-256(sal || UTF-8(texto NFC)) hash = SHA-256(hash_anterior \n seq \n tipo \n sinal_numero \n ativo \n recebido_em \n h_texto)
On Bitcoin: download a stamp's .ots and run ots upgrade file.ots, then ots verify -d <hash> file.ots. Once confirmed, it proves the chain up to that stamp existed at the block's time.
